Good location, parking nearby. The room was poorly soundproofed, and the equipment in the rooms did not match a 3‑star hotel.

Hôtel très bien placé, tous les points d'intérêts sont accessibles à pied. Personnel très sympathique. Chambres très propres et lit confortable. Très jolie vue. Parfait pour un court séjour. Chambre très petite et salle de bain très exiguë. Pas d'ascenseur. Le parking est cher compte tenu de son état (pas du tout entretenu dans une sorte de grange et la place attribuée était difficile d'accès

The spot is perfect for exploring Tain l’Hermitage. The river view room offered such relaxing views all evening. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, the room very quiet, and the continental breakfast was substantial and well worth the €14. Note that if you arrive before check‑in at 1500hrs the hotel is closed to new arrivals (door code for residents). There’s a private garage with 7 spaces at €10 a night about 100 m from the hotel—use it instead of parking beside the hotel and the river if you don’t want to come out to your car in the morning to find it covered in starling mess! Parking is free on weekends; the embankment is a blue‑zone disc during the week… just park in the garage. And be careful walking under the bridge; it’s easy to walk on the pavement and still bump your head on the stone!
