Nothing! Disappointment for a Hilton property!. They had mice running around while we were checking in around front desk and kitchen. Bathtub was disgusting. we laid on top of blankets the sheets were nasty. We couldn’t move hotel because we checked in around 8. And hurricane Isiah was passing. We didn’t want to be on road. We stayed up all night

Staff were friendly, breakfast was large, rooms were spacious, and walking distance from the office. No umbrellas to lend, and the room wasn’t cleaned every day.

The beds were comfortable and the hotel was convenient to our entertainment. First, your front desk receptionist was extremely rude! I had been offered upgrades if available which she knew nothing about and basically called me a liar. When I showed her the email I had received, she said I would have to take that up with Hilton and they often have glitches in their system sending out offers that don't exist. Then she said she would check with her manager and call us - we never heard from her again. Second, we had very visible water stains on the ceiling; the grout in the bathroom had mold; the carpet was frayed at the transition strip and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years. There were cobwebs in the dining area. This place needs some serious upgrades and screening of their employees

I found the place spotlessly clean and roomy, but the staff were a bit unfriendly, and the advertised price felt a touch misleading.

Llegamos justo cuando sonó la alarma; aunque no era algo que pudieran controlar, salimos por una puerta lateral, y a las dos de la mañana los elevadores seguían sin funcionar, así que tuvimos que subir las cosas por las escaleras al piso 5; después volvieron a funcionar y todo quedó bien.
