When we arrived, drunken and apparently drug‑using people were hanging around, sleeping in the accommodation. We couldn’t stay there with our children. We asked the host to find a compromise, but he didn’t comply. His solution was to monitor the place with a video camera and tell us nothing was wrong, yet those people were out of the camera’s view. We were unhappy. Given this situation, this place is not recommended for families.

It was a good spot for a one‑night stop on a bike tour, the price was right, and the staff were very friendly. The beds, like the rest of the property, were new and clean but a bit cheap, so they were somewhat noisy when turning over at night.

As a hostel, it’s great—spotless. The bathroom and shower are on the corridor but very clean. The room has a sink and fridge. There’s laundry, a kitchen, bathrooms, and showers. The staff are very helpful, reachable by phone, though no one is on site. The surroundings are not great; half the locals are drunk (it feels like a staff hotel), but that’s not the staff’s fault.
