The room was nice and there was plenty of outdoor furniture for sunning and chatting. Dinner is available on site and the breakfast is excellent, plus there’s free electric car charging. I mentioned the hot tub when I arrived, but nobody told me it was at swimming‑pool temperature and no one offered to heat it, so we couldn’t enjoy a hot‑tub experience that evening. I booked because there was a hot tub, so this was disappointing when we tried to use it and it was too cold.

I booked a ground‑floor room with direct courtyard access, but when I arrived I was given a room on the floor. Even though I had a conversation with them, confirmed it, and showed the receptionist, a room swap wasn’t possible because they were already occupied by other guests who had arrived earlier.
