There was no local coffee shop, but the location was excellent. Daily cleaning was lacking.

The room was clean and had air conditioning. The lodge clearly prioritizes nautical services over guest comfort, with the room and kitchen facilities taking a backseat. During my stay the self‑service kiosk was dirty, equipment was defective, and there was no water while preparing dinner, forcing me to improvise. Additionally, the surrounding shops and restaurants were constantly under renovation, producing excessive noise that caused significant discomfort.

The room was great with a wonderful lake view, the shower and bed were very good, and the restaurant below the lodge served excellent food. Adding a hammock on the balcony would be nice for enjoying the view. The covered parking was excellent. There were 3‑hour boat tours in front of the lodge, a small craft shop and regional products below the lodge, a larger nearby restaurant, and a second dining option. I suggest offering breakfast, even if simple, because nothing nearby is available to buy. The pool was very shallow, only suitable for children, and it wasn’t clean. In the shared kitchen the stove wasn’t working properly and there was no water in the sink, which was far from the room. The balcony door had no lock or latch, raising concerns about leaving personal items. The main entrance required a password, but the side where two wooden panels meet left a gap that anyone could reach from inside, creating insecurity; a glass barrier would help. It was far from Capitólio’s center where good restaurants are found.

They’ve got shared appliances that make things easier, but the single bed didn’t come with a sheet (fixed after I asked), the toilet clogged (fixed after I complained) and I had to move to another room (a hassle), there’s no nearby dining at night so I had to drive 20 km into town, the pool was dirty on the day we tried to use it and the AC needed a clean.
