I’ve been here three times and I’m still thrilled. The owners greeted me like old friends, and they’ve installed solar panels on the roof, so the showers now run on solar power—nice to see them care for the planet while improving. They were incredibly helpful when I misplaced my suitcase, calling the airport repeatedly and arranging everything I needed. Thanks, Inna and Rosik, you’re both amazing hosts. I’ll always return.

I stayed again and it was fantastic. The mattress in my room felt newer and even more comfortable than before. I love how this place blends a guest house with a hostel vibe, and the owners treat guests like family. They’ve got solar‑heated showers and a rainwater system for the toilets. The spot is super convenient; it’s not in the city center but only 200 m from the metro and just a 10‑minute ride to downtown Tbilisi. The place is clean, safe, and cozy.

“Super consigliato .. ci siamo trovati benissimo.”

Ottima struttura non manca nulla… ottima posizione per vistare Tblisi . la metto e’ a pochi metri di distanza. Lo staff è stato molto cordiale ed accogliente. Super consigliato ed un grazie infinito a Rosik per l’ottimo soggiorno. Grazie !!.

I had a wonderful experience staying with them. The woman and her husband were incredibly kind, welcoming, and respectful, treating me with great care and making me feel comfortable from the very start. I truly appreciated their hospitality, kindness, and the respect they showed me. Because of their wonderful treatment and warm hospitality, I decided to stay here for an additional month. I highly recommend them, and I would be very happy to stay with them again! Honestly, I’m still trying to find something I didn’t like… maybe the fact that I have to leave eventually! 😂
