Western Grace Hotel Incheon

I had some conflicting feelings about my stay - on the one hand, I appreciated the quiet room and good location, but on the other hand, I was put off by the unfriendly staff who seemed disinterested in helping me with extra charges and didn't even offer a complimentary bottle of water despite my paying extra. To top it off, the electric kettle was dusty, and no one seemed to know anything about breakfast options.

The receptionists here were absolutely fantastic and super friendly - it really made my stay special. I didn't encounter any issues during my visit, so I'm not sure what else to comment on, but the staff definitely made a great impression.

“Amazing!”

I had a great stay here, with an amazing view that made my leisurely day at the beach or evening out really enjoyable. The location was super convenient for exploring the area. My only minor complaint was that the elevators could get pretty crowded during peak hours, but that's really nitpicking. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, thanks to the comfortable bedding and quiet room. However, the carpet in the room and corridors was dirty and needed to be replaced. The bathroom cabinet was old and broken, and the bath towel was torn and stained.

Unfortunately, my recent stay at this hotel was a disappointment. Although I had previously booked it for my parents, the heating was not working properly, making the room extremely cold. My parents had to wear all their clothes to bed and even mentioned that it was worse than a motel. The rooms with a balcony were also quite different from the standard rooms, which was a bit confusing. We won't be booking here again.
