Everything was very clean—first time in the building—but the bathroom was made entirely of plastic, giving a camping or airplane vibe; it’s unfortunate that more Swiss hotels are using cheap Chinese décor, losing that cozy feel; you should consider changing this, and although there was a coffee machine and kettle, only coffee was provided, no cream, sugar, or tea.
