The location is good. I was disappointed—expected so much more! Don’t expect a hotel breakfast with good variety and quality. The food served was very simple and poorly presented, far below my expectations for a hotel rated above 8. First thing in the morning, I had a pineapple juice that was spoiled; I took a sip because I really wanted it, but I felt sick afterward, which made the experience even more unpleasant and concerning. Another serious issue was finding salt sachets that had expired over a year ago! I talked to the owner, who said the product probably got mixed into the box, but it wasn’t just one sachet. In my view, a product with such a long expired date is a very serious matter that should not be overlooked. Moreover, the fruit was not cut on the spot and there was no homemade cake, only pre‑made cakes. The night before, I asked for hot water to make instant noodles, and the kettle provided was swollen, which also left a lot to be desired in terms of hygiene. Another important detail is that the hotel has no elevator, something worth considering before booking. Additionally, the room has only one outlet, which is not near the bed, making it very inconvenient, especially for charging a phone at night. Honestly, for a hotel rated above 8, I expected a lot more. The problems I mentioned go beyond a simple preference or comfort issue: they involve hygiene, food preservation, and basic care that I consider essential in any accommodation. What worries me most is thinking about what might be overlooked in such obvious situations.
