Excellent hotel, everything was excellent. Nothing to complain about.

The hotel was very luxurious and beautiful, surpassing my expectations, and I was truly impressed by its overall quality, design, and service; I had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend it. However, the hot water supply was insufficient for a full shower—after about 5–7 minutes the hot water ran out, forcing me to finish with lukewarm water, which was disappointing for a hotel of this caliber.
