Breakfast and service were good, but construction went on past 11 pm right in front of the bedroom window, it was hard for any Ubers to reach the hotel, there were no noise barriers between rooms, there was no Kleenex in the room, and the check‑in person could barely speak English.

Overall the hotel was clean and offered good value, but when my parents stayed for two nights, the second evening their room wasn’t prepared and the bed was unmade. My father went down and was told it was “noted.” I called later and the receptionist admitted she didn’t know what to do and that nothing could be done, which was disappointing.

The rooms were nice and clean, but the hotel’s restaurant requires breakfast reservations, which was nowhere mentioned. The staff didn’t point it out either, so we had to find another place for breakfast, which wasn’t part of our original plan.

The cocktails were excellent, but construction within 5 m of the hotel made the room very noisy; we would have appreciated a heads‑up. There was no continental breakfast, and it took a long time to be served. Everything was extra‑priced, even the all‑inclusive option.
