A nice room and good location, with friendly reception staff. We had trouble with payment and tried to resolve it over the phone. We ended up at the headquarters where the woman on the line didn’t help and was curt, but communication with the hotel itself went smoothly.

Pure design, finest materials, beautiful details, glass Crémant on arrival. The kitchen smell was stronger in the entrance/café area, so I had to get my morning coffee elsewhere.
