The staff were very rude and should be fired immediately. He first claimed that room cleaning was in progress, then said a different room was being allocated, and after an hour of waiting he still said the room was under cleaning. The place was dirty and the staff were rude.

I liked the food, that’s all. The experience was very bad. The condition of the hotel rooms was extremely poor, and they were not maintained or hygienic at all. The bathrooms were also in very bad condition. The photos shown were completely different from the actual rooms; the real room was much worse than what was shown on the website. I would also suggest that they properly verify these hotels before listing them. Once a guest pays at the reception and finds the room in such terrible condition, the hotel refuses to provide a refund and does not seem to take any proper action either. I would strongly recommend avoiding this hotel. Honestly, booking a hostel would be a much better option than staying here.
