The location was fantastic, and the cleanliness and breakfast were marvelous. The check‑in process took too long and was exhausting because the housekeeping was delayed; I only found out about the issue after noticing something odd while waiting, so I had to ask for information. They could have informed everyone in line, apologized, explained what was happening, and asked for understanding, perhaps offering an alternative. My family and I had a scheduled event, and we arrived significantly late because of this.

The room was comfortable, clean, and very pretty. The pool, however, was so dirty that it was truly disgusting.

I was greeted by the front desk staff, especially Mrs. Jucivaldo (N) and Ana (M), who made the experience top‑tier. The restaurant service was also excellent, and overall the team was outstanding.

Only two elevators were working while the hotel was at 100% occupancy, which was a terrible experience!

The king‑size bed was generous, and the staff were courteous and friendly. The parking, though, was paid.
