The breakfast was very mediocre: no fresh fruit, too many people, poorly organized, and the breakfast itself was unsatisfactory.

The rooms looked tidy and the beds were comfortable, though the beds were separated when we arrived, which is a personal preference. The restaurant had a pleasant vibe. Staff were generally friendly. The dinner, however, was disappointing; when we asked for feedback, we were given tips that had already been offered before and nothing changed. It was a subpar four‑course meal, and the chef who knew about it even avoided our table after his break. The door to the room opened with a loud alarm each time. Coffee facilities in the room were just a bag of instant coffee—note: if you didn’t book breakfast, you can’t get fresh coffee at the hotel. At check‑out you must drop your card in a bowl at the front desk; the system is shaky, with the room number taped to the card. A mailbox or similar would prevent the card from being misplaced. Finally, there was one issue beyond your control: on our arrival day and during our stay a carnival was set up. Traffic was poorly managed, and residents of Made didn’t know how to leave the center; there were no signs or anything. This isn’t the first time a carnival has been held in Made.

The breakfast was excellent, the rooms were clean and tidy, and the staff were friendly. I don’t have any complaints.

The rooms were very nice and fully equipped. The breakfast area needs some updating; there were missing fruit items such as bananas and apples.
