“Gern wieder, dann pigeon-free parking lot”

The whole hotel met my expectations, good location, good facilities. Will come back. The pigeons in the underground parking knocked over my car, which was not very amusing.

“Schönes Hotel, kleine Nachbesserungen möglich”

Nice hotel, good breakfast, great location in the government quarter, a short walk to the Rhine. It’s very well connected by public transport. Friendly staff. The room with the extra bed wasn’t available at check‑in and we were offered a different one. I specifically asked if the bed was a “King Size,” which was confirmed, but we found a fairly narrow double bed, which was a bit tight for our family of three. After requesting extra blankets and towels, I had to ask again. The bathroom window was only half covered with privacy film, and since we were in a corner room (421), there was a direct line of sight from higher floors—unacceptable! I pointed this out and sincerely hope the Radisson Blu has addressed it. The breakfast buffet was great and I was impressed to find a gluten‑free section, though the gluten‑free toaster was broken.

The bed was comfortable and the room was very quiet, but the lighting in front of the mirror was awful, the instant coffee was cheap and subpar for the room rate, and the room‑service app didn’t work.

“Würde wiederkommen”

The room was great, the breakfast was good, and the wellness area was excellent, but there was no natural light in the wellness section.

Excellent breakfast, and breathtaking spa and gym. Restaurant are closed Mondays and Sundays
