The lady at reception (I think it was Mrs. Augustin) personally handled our concerns, like the dog that was accidentally omitted from the reservation and the e‑book I left behind—she was very polite. Unfortunately, the hotel’s system didn’t register that we were traveling with a pet, so no dog room was available and we had to take a pricier upgrade.

The hotel was very well equipped and the staff were extremely customer‑friendly, but on one day there were no small snacks available at all.

The location was good with direct tram access. The room was huge, and the bathroom was very spacious. We didn’t use breakfast, but from a distance it looked great.

The hotel sits in a great spot and is easy to get to; the room is spacious and stylishly furnished, with a clean bathroom. The breakfast buffet costs 18€ per day and is good, even offering lactose‑free yogurt. The staff are very friendly and helpful, but parking comes with an extra fee of 15€ per day in the parking garage.
