Our room was very spacious. It’s a little old, but clean.

It’s close to everything on the north end of Academy Blvd. The staff has always been friendly and the hotel is always quiet. The room is a good size and has everything you expect in a hotel room. I have stayed here multiple times and it’s my go‑to hotel in the Springs. Nothing fancy, but it’s a good value for a clean and quiet hotel. No complaints.
