Saphi Inn Cusco - Excelente ubicación

The hotel's location is fantastic, and the breakfast was delicious and clean. However, things took a turn when we arrived and were told that Booking had made a mistake and we had to pay more. This has never happened to us before, and after researching, it seems like it's a common issue at this hotel. We ended up staying longer due to health reasons, and even then, they tried to negotiate a higher price for the extended stay. Despite that, we actually really liked the hotel.

“Perfect location and value for money for your stay in Cusco”

This hotel exceeded all our expectations - the staff were incredibly helpful, the location was perfect, and the breakfast was top-notch. We were able to grab a quick bite before heading out on our track, and the fresh fruit and pastries were a lovely touch. The rooms were cozy and comfortable, with plush duvets and everything we needed. We even ordered taxis and tours through the hotel, which made our stay even more hassle-free.

“Good location and comfy bed”

We loved the hotel's convenient location, which made it easy to grab a taxi or head out on a day trip. The staff were friendly and helpful, and they even gave us a packed lunch to take with us on our early morning excursion. The rooms were comfy, with a great selection of teas and coffees available 24/7. However, the hotel's design meant that the exhaust fumes from the cars downstairs made it difficult to breathe, and the noise was a bit of a problem.
