The place was well‑located, clean, cozy, and functional; the water, tea, hair dryer, shower gel, and large bath towels were all provided, and the staff were pleasant and helpful. I did notice there was no iron, though I didn't ask for one.

The room was gorgeous and fully equipped, and I appreciated the friendly French welcome and the tip about a nearby parking spot that costs 5€/day; the location was perfect for shops, restaurants, bars, and visiting the 5 Terre.

The accommodation was super close to the city and spacious, but the bed felt a little hard.

The bed and pillows were very comfortable, the shower was small but had good water pressure, and the bath gel smelled amazing; the property was excellently located at the back of the main street in La Spezia, and a complimentary water bottle was in the room fridge. I stayed for only three days, but I would definitely recommend it for a longer holiday. Thank you very much!
