The refrigerator wasn’t working properly, and the bathroom door couldn’t be locked from the inside.

The place is very well situated, just a short walk from two metro stations. The staff were friendly and polite, and the breakfast was tasty. However, we had to climb 40 steps from the main metro station to bring our luggage. We had to clean the room and bathroom ourselves, and the shower head was stuck in the corner of the shower stall, with black mold growing inside. The single, large shower curtain hanging from the ceiling was uncomfortable and poorly designed.

I liked the staff! Their friendliness in explaining and helping with everything was great. It’s close to the piazza Leopardi metro, which makes it easy to get to other places. The quadruple room matched the picture, the beds were comfortable, everything was clean, and it was quiet at night even though it’s near a busy street. There are very good restaurants nearby, plus a supermarket, pharmacy, and more. Everything was fine 👍
