The location of this hotel is super easy to find and I really loved it - it's right in the middle of everything.
The hotel staff were absolutely lovely and really went out of their way to help us, which made our stay a lot more enjoyable.

The Double Room has air conditioning and sleeps 3 guests. It features a private bathroom with a bath and a shower. The room is equipped with a flat-screen TV and has 1 bed, along with a wardrobe.
The staff was very kind and the hospitality was excellent; it was a very nice and pleasant stay. The only suggestion would be to be a little cleaner.

The only thing worth mentioning was the location. Everything else was a mess: the Wi‑Fi in my room didn’t work, the floor was dirty and unmopped, and the AC and fan were noisy. The staff behaved immaturely and were careless with customer service, and they didn’t even offer a drink of water when I arrived. I had to check out before 10 am, which felt like the ugliest experience ever in a hotel. I would never stay here again or recommend it. A person named Mihir was trying to coordinate with me over the phone, but he was very casual about solving the problems and paid the least attention.

They tried to charge me extra for false reasons, refusing to show the payment details even though I had already shared everything on WhatsApp during pre‑booking, and they didn’t answer my questions about the extra charges. It was the worst experience ever.
