The room was spacious and comfortable. The location can get a little too busy for vehicle travel; it was often congested with too many cars for taxis to approach and drop off.

All the reception staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. Curtains were in front of the air‑conditioning unit.

The jacuzzi and the sauna were great. Overall, the room was good and the location was excellent. The reception staff were pleasant, but they weren’t helpful enough and I didn’t feel comfortable meeting or relying on them. Their English was not good, which made communication very difficult. Breakfast was terrible—pancakes and Belgian waffles that should have been served hot were cold on both days I ate there. The rest of the food was bland and didn’t meet my expectations for a decent Armenian breakfast. I was very disappointed that I had to pay 7000 ADM for the sauna and spa, which felt unpleasant.

The hotel sits on a quieter street about a 5‑minute walk from the Republic Square. The rooms were spacious with comfortable beds. We appreciated the kettle in the room and the large tea mugs, and bottled water was supplied daily. Everything was clean and the staff were kind. In the basement there is a small pool with a whirlpool and a sauna, which we did not use. I recommend this hotel. For breakfast, a wider selection of teas would be nice, especially their herbal tea; they only offered bagged black and green tea.

The room size was good. There were no connecting rooms, no concierge, and no luggage assistance.
