I enjoyed the comfortable rooms and the facilities, but there was no breakfast offered.

The property was well maintained and the staff behaved politely, yet the parking facilities were lacking and the cleanliness left something to be desired.

I liked the large parking area and the clean atmosphere; the room and bathroom were spotless and the staff were polite and friendly. The only downsides were the small room size, the AC that didn’t cool well, and the hotel’s distance from Siliguri station and NJP station.

They refused to honor my booking, claiming no reservation was found through your app even though I presented the confirmation; they still made me pay extra for the room, and while the food was decent, the prices were too high.
