The facility is modern and overall well‑maintained, and the staff are very welcoming and helpful. The view is spectacular. They even gave me a garden room even though I had booked a cheaper terrace room – a pleasant surprise, and they welcomed me with tasty biscuits. The bar fridge is well stocked, and the room had everything needed for a great stay. However, I spent most of the day in the room and noticed a lack of attention to cleaning: it was quite dusty, which was a bit annoying for a demanding guest. The blackout curtains had small holes at the bottom, an unappealing detail. What embarrassed me a bit was a chair‑like seat inside the shower that was oddly placed; when I tried to sit on it, it nearly slipped off the wall, and the support brackets had broken tiles, so it was both dangerous and unpleasant (room 9).
