The spot was right in the middle of Rome and the room was roomy enough for us. The only snag was that the door handle broke the night before we left, and it wasn’t fixed until 10 pm after we reported it at 7 pm, so we had to stay in our room for the whole last night.

The apartment was spacious, the bedding was good, and it was perfectly located in the heart of Rome. Some of the furniture was broken in places, there was no tea or coffee, no dish soap, and the price didn’t match the quality.

Everything was spotless and the staff were friendly and easy to reach. Nothing else was wrong – it was exactly what we needed.

The place was in a great spot and the staff were very helpful. The furnishings looked nice and the layout worked well. The shower door needed fixing and the caulk behind the kitchen sink looked bad, so the unit could use a deep clean.

We were given the wrong apartment number and the codes led us into a room that already had people and their stuff. The same code for every room meant anyone could slip in unnoticed, so we were stuck with all our luggage for over six hours. They later sent a warning sign, deleted the WhatsApp instructions we’d already saved, and apologized profusely while offering a full refund. By the time we finally got in, we were already planning other hotels because we were only staying three days. The bathroom had a terrible smell and the drains were clogged; the water was cold and there was no hot water at all, so I only managed one lukewarm shower for the whole stay. The safe didn’t work and was locked, which made us uneasy about our valuables. The room was cleaned only once, towels weren’t replaced over the three nights, and we didn’t get the Wi‑Fi details until day two. I was bitten several times by what I thought were bad bugs, so I don’t think this is a safe place to stay. Previous reviews mention refunds that never materialised, and my messages have been ignored for five days. My credit card is now investigating and I’ll open a formal complaint.
