The place was quiet, the surprise breakfast over the two days was very good and varied, and the room offered a living‑room corner and a balcony to dine in the sun. The layout was neat and pleasant. The owners were very friendly and discreet. The staircase to the room was a bit steep, but that does not diminish the overall enjoyment of this very pleasant and comfortable cottage. Just be aware that this practical detail is rarely mentioned in the room description.

The hosts were incredibly friendly and even brought medication when I was sick. The apartment was tastefully decorated and the beds were very comfortable. Remember to bring mosquito protection! The little farm with goats, a dog, a donkey, sheep, and chickens added charm, and the large sunny balcony stayed bright from morning until evening. The countryside setting was very quiet and the garden was nicely landscaped. Breakfast was served in a picnic basket on the balcony each morning, prepared with care: two small thermos containers of coffee, yogurt, fruit, juice, baguette, and crepes. A few minor issues: the steep, narrow staircase to the apartment was a hassle, a parasol and lounge chair on the balcony would have been nice given its size, there was no dresser so I had to live out of my suitcase, and for a longer stay it felt a bit cramped.

The room’s décor, the animals, the hosts’ friendliness, and the breakfast were all great. The pillows were uncomfortable and the room was infested with mosquitoes.

The room was very comfortable with a balcony and the breakfast was good. Check‑in started at 6 pm, which felt late compared to most places that open at 3 pm. Be sure to swat all the mosquitoes before bed, otherwise you’ll be feasted on them (as we were on the first night).

The welcome was kind and simple, but the staircase to the room is very dangerous, especially at night, and almost inaccessible for elderly guests; it’s uncomfortable and I think the owner could improve it.
