The team was very friendly and helpful, and they left a hot water bottle in our bed each evening. The terrace view of Cusco was absolutely stunning, and we stayed right in the heart of the old town. Breakfast was excellent, and overall everything was fine.

The boutique hotel is gorgeous, offering breathtaking views of Cusco and a short walk to the main plaza and Sacsayhuaman. We appreciated the thoughtful touches like the hot water bottles for the bed at night, the delicious soups and local teas that helped us acclimate, and the free luggage storage while we did a 5‑day trek. Nothing else to add.

The location and staff were great. The room was small, and I didn’t finish reading the description, but it seemed larger than it actually was.

The staff were very helpful and friendly, the bed was comfortable, and a hot water bag was placed under the blanket to keep warm. The city view was nice. The hotel sits a bit far up on a narrow one‑way street, the room was quite small and cold, and breakfast was somewhat lackluster.
