The location was incredibly central, the rooms were tastefully furnished, clean, and modern. The water pressure was amazing with a large shower. There's nothing else to note, except that the pillows were too soft and there was no vending machine for drinks outside reception hours.

The spot near San Babila, the metro, and the shops was perfect, and the staff were kind. Nothing else to add.

The room was well furnished and arranged nicely, with a comfortable desk for work. However, both the room and the bathroom were very dirty. The wood paneling behind the bed was covered in dust, and the toilet seat brackets were coated in a mix of mold and rust, indicating no cleaning detergent for a while! On top of that, reception was open from 8 to 21, but at 8:10 no one was there, and because I had work commitments I had to drag my suitcase around Milan.
