The proximity to everything – restaurants, metro, shopping mall – was great. The staff were exceptional and professional, respectful, and the hotel is non‑smoking. Daily housekeeping with towel changes. You really need to show the hotel’s name in Chinese to the taxi driver.

The rooms were large and clean. There are lots of restaurants nearby. The breakfast buffet in the morning was nice. Some bedside chargers didn’t work, but I expect some of this while traveling.

The bed and linens in the room were very comfortable, the breakfasts were great, and the location was convenient, yet the room lacked space for luggage, the elevator noise was strong, the bathrooms were tiny, and the worst part was the strong scent of gel and shampoo that didn’t suit everyone, so we had to buy separate supplies.

This is the hotel I always choose in Guangzhou. I love everything about it: the bed is amazing, the breakfast is the best you can imagine, it’s spotless, and the staff are helpful and polite. The only downside is that the staff don’t speak English.
