The service was excellent; the people were very kind and attentive. We could check in on time but stayed much later in the common areas. Bedour was very friendly and attentive.

It’s close to the beach, offers good snorkeling with coral, nice fish, and sea turtles, and the smaller size kept it from feeling crowded. The food was okay, but some items weren’t always fresh.

The only bright spot was the sea, but everything else was terrible: the jungle setting was dirty, the pictures were misleading, and the room and bathroom were the worst I’ve seen. The drinks and food were subpar, and I regretted booking this spot, losing my vacation day after arriving exhausted from the airport.

I was really disappointed; the place looks nothing like the photos and feels utterly awful. There’s nothing decent—no food, no drinks, no amenities—and I want to file a complaint with Booking.

The staff were friendly, but the hotel is slated for demolition soon. Ants swarmed the room, sand lay on the sheets, the toilet lid was broken, and the food options were very limited.
