Everything was perfect. From the moment I arrived it felt effortless. The staff were warm, genuinely helpful, and always smiling, never making anything feel like a hassle. My room was spotless, the bed was comfortable, and the facilities were well maintained, allowing me to sleep deeply—something not always guaranteed while traveling. The location is a real gem: secluded enough for peace and quiet yet just a short walk from the border crossing, making crossing into or out of Nepal stress‑free. The food was fresh, tasty, and served with care, and it was great to have good meals right there after a long travel day. It’s the kind of place where you can tell people really care—great value too. I’d happily stay again and recommend it to anyone passing through Kakarvitta.

“Fine hotel need few improvements”

Nice property, clean and comfortable and luxurious room peaceful environment all the staff specially brother from panchthar or taplejung who is doing internship is top notch such people increased the value of hotel in-terms of service best of luck to him he is attentive. Restaurant hour or room dining hour should be extended 9:30 pm is too early for such a fine restaurant and restaurant is also kind a overpriced for the place otherwise has a potential to become one of the top notch hotel of eastern zone

“Pleasant Stay...”

The room feels premium, the toilet is well equipped and the team at the reception are very cordial, even giving me a complimentary upgrade. However, the wifi connection was poor during the first few hours after check‑in, the pool was under maintenance and smelled of heavy chlorine, and there was no breakfast buffet because of low occupancy.

Absolutely fantastic hotel! The food was great and the standards for cleanliness are beyond amazing. Krishna Puri and Ritika Khadka helped me with every need and made me feel welcome. I 100 % recommend coming here for a relaxing stay.

“Stay was excellent due to the staff”

I was thoroughly impressed with this hotel, considering its location and it's definitely one of the best options in the area, but I did find it a bit pricey.
