The location is great. The manager was very friendly when suggesting transport options. The cleanliness was lacking; when we arrived the bathroom had a strong urine smell, and the cleaning that day was not done properly. Something caused a skin allergy. The documents with rules, wifi, and food suggestions were dirty. I didn’t understand the tax payment because they first gave me one amount and then another (they explained they hadn’t updated the automatic message with the new amount), and the way the manager communicated was, from my perspective, not very polite.

The hotel was just one station from Termini and less than ten minutes from the station, so the location was great. A supermarket and tasty restaurants were nearby, and Trevi Fountain was within walking distance. Having a balcony to eat on was a big plus. The shower room had a lot of water stains and felt unclean. When we requested room cleaning on the second day, the towels and sheets hadn’t been changed, so we used the same ones for three days. Also, some glasses hadn’t been washed.

Moe greeted us and took time to explain the area, the best spots to visit and eat, which was fantastic. The accommodation was great and the balcony was perfect after a long day of walking around the city.

The location was perfect. The air conditioning was inadequate. There were ants, and the room was not comfortable for four people. The provider was unwilling to give extra towels for the women.
