The views from the breakfast dining room are nice. The place is terribly old and worn out. The sheets are almost translucent. There is dirt and damage to the furniture.

The location is fine. Breakfast was poor, there is no elevator to the third floor, more variety and healthier options were needed, the room needs painting, there is no blackout, and the building is very old and needs some renovations.
