“Nie wieder!!!”

Comfort Zimmer 200A sits directly next to the elevator, from which you can hear every ride; the windows only have rear skylights, barely opening without ventilation noise. The hallway light stayed on all night, shining into our room, making sleep nearly impossible. The ceiling was too warm to cover your head. A kettle was present but unusable because there was no socket at the desk. Every corner of the room had cobwebs. I had to set the TV myself because initially only two unknown channels were available and the staff couldn’t adjust it. We searched in vain for a Wi‑Fi password. The shower was so narrow that you had to enter sideways because the doors wouldn’t open further. The pictures show a completely different room. This stay was supposed to be the highlight of our vacation – it turned out to be only negative!

Breakfast was great, but the curtain in our room was broken and there were rust spots on the shower cabin frame.

The room was big and well-equipped, but the curtains were dirty and had holes, which made the room feel unpleasant.

The breakfast was decent, yet the building felt like a purpose-built structure with broken items, only lukewarm water, the heating set too low, and the bathroom light switched off automatically after 10 am.
