Friendly staff and a decent room for a single night, but the hotel’s response to my partial refund request has been slow and unresponsive; I still haven’t heard back and they even denied the request.

“Fuyez!!!! N'y allez pas! Catastrophique”

Nothing positive. This place is a must avoid! The staff were rude and dishonest, attempting to charge me for a parking night after refusing to reserve a spot for us. When you pay for a spot they “forget” it and then tell you to use the public parking, which is also paid. The organization is terrible. The bathroom and room were dirty. The surroundings are awful, full of drug users around the property. Stay away!!!

I chose this hotel mainly because of its location—just a 15‑minute walk from Yonge‑Dundas Square where we spent the evening, and the tram stops right in front for easy city access. The décor was fresh and modern, and the staff were very friendly and eager to give city tips. However, we found hair in the shower upon arrival, so the cleaning could have been better. The rest was clean. The room was very dark because the window was small and faced a wall, and it was quite cramped for the high price, but that’s the usual cost in Toronto.

The staff were very dedicated, but the property feels very old‑fashioned and we paid a lot for the level of hotel quality.
