“I had a lovely stay but the apartment was a bit disappointing.”

Food wasn’t included, but the location was very good, walking into the city and down to the river, and the bus service to Topsham was good. The shower needed a really good scrub; there was a lot of mold in the grouting and soap scum in the tiles, which was really nasty. The hot water and heating didn’t work on my first morning, so I had to go out without a chance to shower. Apparently this is a problem with “the system” when the pressure drops, and I got the impression it might be a frequent problem with “the system,” which suggests that a new system would be a really good idea. I expect to be able to have a shower when I’m paying £95 a night to stay here.

The rooms were very nicely decorated , very clean and comfortable and very well located to city centre

Location. The room was clean and cosy. We had use of a kitchen which was well equipped and clean
