Location is fine, but the mattress was very worn out.

Everything was fine, the staff were extremely friendly and very willing to help! Breakfast was acceptable (homemade cakes were missing), milk, yogurt, some fruit, cookies, packaged brioche, bread with butter and jam. The spot is great for walking around Trento.

Jonathan is truly fantastic and helpful. The property is very, very clean. The breakfast is basic but well supplied. The vibe feels like a family environment.

The host was not understanding or tolerant about a delay caused by traffic and roadworks. He said that if we were late he wouldn’t have waited because he had dinner; therefore, for him letting us sleep on the street would not have been a problem, it would have been our fault for not communicating the arrival time correctly. No humanity, sensitivity or understanding for people who chose to stay with him. But it doesn’t matter, this detour let us discover a place we liked much more and where we’ll definitely return.
