The front desk and restaurant staff were incredibly attentive, always smiling and professional, and Zineb, the masseuse, was very effective; we’re grateful for everyone’s kindness. The hotel itself is stunning and perfectly located for exploring the medina, and the parking right next door is very convenient. No complaints.

The staff—reception, restaurant, housekeeping, spa—are very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful; the room is well equipped, the location is excellent (quiet, yet only a few minutes on foot to the medina), and the parking is very close to the hotel. Everything was great, thank you. No criticisms.

Breakfast offered a wide range of hot and cold dishes, and the staff were very attentive without being intrusive; they remained helpful and friendly throughout our stay, the hotel was quiet, and the grounds were lovely. The car park is a few minutes from the hotel, but that wasn’t an issue because the staff assisted with luggage.
