Charming Luxury Lodge & Private Spa

We stayed in the new part of the hotel, the master suite 301. The view and the room are amazing. It’s very comfortable, clean, and beautiful. The jacuzzi is huge. Having all the spa options in the room is fantastic. Unfortunately, we had trouble using the dry sauna. It never reached the set temperature; we waited more than an hour twice and it never hit 48 °C. We told hotel staff, and someone from maintenance checked it while we went out to eat, claiming everything was fine. When we returned, it still wasn’t. I think they should fix this because for the price of the room you expect to use all the amenities without issues.

The location and view, as well as the restaurant staff, were great. The cabin itself is a bit worn out.

The new room is spectacular, from the incredible view to the spa—unmatched. Breakfast is complete and gourmet, all prepared on site. We already knew the restaurant and it remains the best in Bariloche. Nothing. I liked everything.

The place was clean, comfy, had a great spa and an amazing view. The Wi‑Fi signal in the room was weak, and the breakfast selection was limited so after a few days it got boring.
