The biggest issue was the location. The address shown on the listing was not where the property actually is. We chose this spot because we were traveling without a car and wanted to be within walking distance of restaurants, shops, and other attractions in Costa Nova. After booking, the host sent us a Google Maps link, but when we got there we found the property in a completely different area. There was almost nothing within walking distance at the real location, so without a car it was very inconvenient. We had to take taxis, even though that was exactly what we were trying to avoid when picking this place. The accommodation itself was fine, but the wrong location really ruined our stay. If the real location had been shown correctly, we wouldn't have booked here.

“Gute Unterkukft für einen Kurztrip oder zur Weiterreise”

The amenities were good, the location was great, parking was right outside, and the check‑in process was very simple and automated through a key box. We received a nice welcome message. The place is a bit noisy—you can hear the neighbor's toilet flush and shower.
