The staff were very helpful and accommodating, and the bed was decent. The property felt a bit run down and there was a weird smell in the room. Towels were stained, and at breakfast it would have helped to have English explanations on the cards describing the food on offer.

The location was good for us because it was close to GBK stadium where the Kanye West concert was. The staff were very helpful and professional, and the room had a nice view. Small items require upgrades but nothing serious.

The staff were amazing and friendly, especially Almas, who was awesome. The beds were comfortable, and the pool and gym were good. Breakfast was very good with lots of variety. We had requested a non‑smoking room when booking but were initially assigned a smoking room; the receptionist said she couldn't change it, but after a bit of discussion she did. The first room stank of cigarettes, but the new room was a lot better. The shower drain was a bit blocked, so water built up around your feet if you showered for too long.

A comfortable bed, an attractive bathroom, and a city view. It’s hard to find Grab at night because it’s far away.
