It’s close to the train station for easy travel, the rooms are a decent size, and there’s a full shopping centre nearby. The place is quiet and in a new area. There is no toilet in the bathroom. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with how Crown Plaza Copenhagen handled an emergency that affected my booking. I had to arrive a day late because the airline changed my flight, and I asked the hotel to modify the reservation or refund the unused night, but I found no cooperation or compensation. I understand my booking is non‑refundable and that the flight change isn’t the hotel’s fault, but I wished for some flexibility, understanding, or at least a small gesture to soften the impact. Also, the response style was below what I expected from Crown Plaza, leaving a negative impression of their customer service.

The location is great for public transport, yet the breakfast was dull—everything was dry, from the rolls to the tiny tea cakes, cinnamon buns, and the American pancakes.

I liked how close the hotel was to the Royal Arena, but the bar shut down at 10 pm on a Sunday, and the “oasis” area lacked lighting; also, the pillows should come in two different sizes.

Hotellet er så flot, personalet var virkelig søde og hjælpsomme, værelset var så fint og sikke nogle lækre senge og så var der lækkert morgenmad
