There was plenty of common area space to lounge around. On the downside, there was almost no entertainment on the grand side, and I didn’t enjoy the swim‑up pool because the water was extremely cold.

The hotel is pretty and I liked it; the specialty restaurants are good. The general staff attitude seemed annoyed and they made you wait too long for all their services. I chose the family zone, but it still wasn’t comfortable.

Huge thanks to Jermaine and Ingrid from guest services; I was overstimulated and they did their best to make me feel comfortable. The property is very beautiful, the food is good, I had a few hiccups but I’d definitely come again.
