The flush didn’t work… they couldn’t fix it… we had the problem the whole stay. Extremely dirty place… the hotel bathrooms were impossible to use, 2 staff for the whole hotel… to attend a request… reception… everything.

Reasonable. Room 18 was terrible! The air conditioner didn’t work, we slept all night in the heat, the fridge didn’t cool, no staff to solve problems, terrible.

We loved the staff, all friendly and hospitable! The hotel is pretty, has a nice view and a pool. We didn’t like the location. Very far from the center and for those who don’t drive it will cost a lot on the app. The street where the hotel is located is poorly lit, on the edge of an avenue, it’s dangerous to walk out to stroll, and when it rains it gets puddles in the mud. Also, for those looking for a beach to cool off, the Tucuns beach (which is right in front of the hotel) isn’t the best option. Tucuns is a rough beach meant for surfers.

We were greeted warmly and the staff were wonderful, but the facilities felt abandoned, the external pillows had mold and the interior ones were damp and poorly maintained.
