The location was good, close to water and restaurants. The bathroom had mold, which I didn’t like, and some areas were very dirty.

The Lux room on the top floor had a very large terrace with a wonderful view of the sea and Mount Agung. In my opinion it was a cheap room with a fantastic view. Quiet, calm, few tourists in the second half of October 2026. The room had not been renovated for a long time; it was a bit stale. Breakfasts were modest and monotonous. But at this low price it’s good that there were breakfasts at all. Even though the coral reef Rafał starts 20 m from the shore, there’s no way to get on the shore; a jetty would be a good solution.

The hotel is pretty gorgeous, but it feels a bit worn and could use some maintenance; a little TLC would bring it back to life. The view over the pool and ocean was a highlight, and the gardens were beautiful. Breakfast was decent, though the drink selection was limited. I’d definitely return. On the downside, the lamp in my room was broken and had to be thrown out because it didn’t work. The curtains were faded and had dirty marks all over them, and there were patches of mold on the ceiling above the bed that needed cleaning.

The staff were very friendly and responsive, and there’s a small convenience store and pharmacy right outside the hotel. However, without a scooter the location feels far from everything; the nearest beach is a 15‑minute walk on hilly terrain, making the trek quite exhausting in the heat.

I was very happy with the cozy atmosphere and the clean hotel, and the staff were also very friendly. The evenings were pleasantly cool.
