Helpful staff, good breakfast, comfortable bed. Room location was opposite the lift which caused some noise in the room almost like someone moving a table on a wooden floor. Fortunately it did not happen thru the night. Was reported to reception

Everything was great: good location, a very varied and complete breakfast. The rooms were refreshed daily, with towel changes every day. The area is quiet, very close to the town hall square, Tivoli, the National Museum, and the Cristianborg Palace, all within walking distance.

The hotel is centrally located, and shops and restaurants are easily reachable on foot. Our room was quite small but clean, and the beds were comfortable. We had a room overlooking a courtyard, which was very quiet at night. Breakfast was excellent and had everything needed for a good start to the day. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bathroom was very small; the shower was barely enough for someone of average size.
