Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Chillicothe

The room temperature was fine and the staff were friendly, but the room itself was dirty with something dripping down the wall by the bed. There were no tissues, and the bed was terrible—hard, lumpy, and the worst. The soap dispenser wouldn’t dispense soap, making washing impossible. Paying over $300 for 10 hours of discomfort feels excessive; I’ve stayed at many Fairfield Inns and will think twice before booking again.

The location, cleanliness, and staff were great. The pillows were terrible—flat as a pancake—and the rate was very high.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, with friendly staff, a clean and cool room, and a delicious hot breakfast. I didn't encounter any issues during my stay, making it a seamless and enjoyable experience. The hotel's amenities and service truly made my visit special.

“Decent stay let down by noise and food”

My stay had its ups and downs - the rooms were spacious, the staff were excellent and friendly, and the location was convenient, close to the main intersection. However, I had to endure loud noises from outside my room, including traffic and the air conditioning unit, and unfortunately, the hot breakfast food was subpar, lacking flavor and presentation.
