The spot was ideal, everything was close by and easily reachable by taxi, and the price was very affordable; had our first impression been better, it would have offered a solid price‑quality ratio. The family room we booked didn’t have a proper third bed for our adult son; the bed was about 190 cm long, noticeably shorter than the others. While the width of the beds is correctly listed, the length isn’t mentioned, and the photo shows both beds the same length. Our room had a single bed that was shorter than the double, and the linens on the beds were still damp. It was warm enough to use sheets instead of duvets, but the dampness and a stained sheet were disappointing. The sheets seemed freshly laundered (hence the moisture) yet had spots on them. When we raised these issues with the hotel, they claimed none of it was true, saying the linens were dry, spotless, and the single‑bed dimensions were as listed. I double‑checked the listing and the length really isn’t provided. Unfortunately I didn’t take photos of the stains or the short bed.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room is clean. Breakfast offers many selections. Wi‑Fi is good.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Ankara, where I was warmly welcomed by the lovely staff. The hotel itself was quiet and spotlessly clean, with some English TV stations available for news and a decent breakfast, although the instant coffee was a bit of a letdown. My room came with a kettle and fridge, which was a nice touch. The hotel's location near the railway station made it incredibly convenient for my travels.

Unfortunately, my experience with the breakfast at this hotel was not good. It was a letdown, and I was expecting more. Overall, I was disappointed with this aspect of my stay.
