Staying here was wonderful: the rooms were spacious and comfy, there was a swimming pool, breakfast was delicious, and the staff were especially hospitable.

I’ve stayed here twice and it’s still just as great as before. Anna is incredibly helpful and friendly.

The owner’s wife is very warm, always greeting with a smile, and she reassured me about leaving valuables like my DSLR in the room even though there’s no safe—she mentioned that the hotel has a lot of cameras and that she keeps an eye on the entrance and exit to ensure safety. The only quirk was that the lock on my balcony door was broken. The room rates are quoted in Lao Kip after converting from US dollars, but the exchange rate isn’t great (rates for this type of conversion are usually unfavorable).

The front desk staff are friendly and helpful. The design seems aimed at cutting operating costs at the expense of guest comfort, which is just foolish. What the hell is that surveillance camera?!
